Appraisals, Back up offers, Appliances and Avoiding foreclosure

It is normal for a buyer or seller to have questions regarding the process.  Each transaction is unique so the questions will vary depending on the individual.  I have posted several pages dealing with specific questions I have encountered through my career.  I am including links to definitions and answers to 4 questions or concerns buyers and sellers often have when purchasing or selling a home.

Just because the seller has an appliance or several appliances listed in the multiple listing service does not necessarily mean that those appliances will convey to a buyer.  read more

Back up offers

It is not uncommon when buying a home today to be informed that the home is already under contract. The seller will instruct their listing agent to note in the multiple listing service that back up offers are requested.  read more
