Ohio bill allows for grant to help college graduates buy first home

A bill passed by the Ohio Senate allows for a grant to help college graduates buy first home. If it becomes law, the amount of the grant to be used for closing costs and down payment will be $2500 for associates, $5000 for bachelor’s and $10,000 for Master’s, doctorate, or other postgraduate degree.
