As the home owner you can play a big role in the marketing of your house. Think about this, who knows the house better than you? Before you place your home for sale make notes on what it was about the house that attracted you. Offer these notes to your real estate agent so they can incorporate these features into their marketing and advertising.

- Is it an easy commute for shopping and work?
- What will you miss about the community, the neighborhood?
Know one knows your house better than you. You should let buyers know why they will love it too.
