A buyer may feel compelled to speak those words for many different reasons including:

 

  • They tried to view your home but your showing instructions are rigid and make it nearly impossible for a buyer to arrange an appropriate time.
  • The price you are asking is not in line with comparable homes for the area.
  • You fail to respond to offers in a timely manner.

 

Of course sellers are not always to blame.  But when it is in your control make sure buyers understand that you really want to sell your home and will work with a buyer to make the process easier.
