<li>They tried to view your home but your showing instructions are rigid and make it nearly impossible for a buyer to arrange an appropriate time.</li>
<li>The price you are asking is not in line with comparable homes for the area.</li>
<li>You fail to respond to offers in a timely manner.</li>

<p><span style="font-size: small;">Of course sellers are not always to blame.  But when it is in your control make sure buyers understand that you really want to sell your home and will work with a buyer to make the process easier.</span></p>
