What is it about your home that makes it worth buying?
If you are selling your home you can help your real estate agent with their marketing of your home by letting them know what it is about your home that prompt you to buy it originally and what is it about your home that you love and will miss.
I would encourage you to make a list of the features in and around your home that you most enjoy and ask your agent to pass this information to potential buyers.
This list could include:
- Upgrades and improvements you have made
- Favorite entertainment, dining or shopping located close to your home
- Annual neighborhood and community events that you have enjoyed
The future buyer for your home may decide to make the purchase based on the same reasons you purchased the home. Let them know those reasons.
